Hi friends,
The retreat was wonderful. There were 32 golfers and about 18 fishermen. There was sucess in both arenas although I saw little. Lots of “agressive humor” (guys relentlessly picking on each other) filled the weekend with lots and lots of laughter.
The worship services were some of the best I’ve led in a retreat format as the men joined their voices together in praise. Men crying out to God to heal relationships and heal souls. Crying out in thanksgiving for His grace, mercy, and love.
Great time! We finished up at a beautiful golf course outside Freeport, FL.
Now home and although not much activity for this next month on the ministry calendar, it will be filled with exercise and memorization of Vacation Bible School music and Bible studies.
