While traveling home on Monday from our time in Earle, AR, we received the call that dad had gone home to be with the Lord. We had traveled south of Tupelo, about 40 miles, and turned toward the west to head to Yazoo City.

The service was yesterday and was a wonderful celebration. One in which a life long dedicated servant of the Lord, deserves. Mom is doing pretty well and we are handling things following up on his death. (paperwork and such)

I am still planning on fulfilling my obligations with Cruger Baptist Church this Sunday through Wed all the while spending the day with mom and commuting to the meeting. We appreciate your prayers as we continue the work.

You can pray for Patty. She is driving to Enterprise right now to get some necessary things done before coming back tomorrow. A quick trip for sure. Thanks for prayers of safety.
